Jonathan was patient, knowledgeable, and my experience working with him was a perfect balance of being able to be creative yet having expert guidance. My solar watch had issues after about a year. Vaughan Mills location replaced the darn thing. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

They are very very good people like Judy,.Always ready for more saving and promo and their happiness to share more good price is priceless.Bought so many watches and now am tired of having them all. But loved the quality and Durability. Each one worth it well.

Excellent Service

If I could give this establishment a zero I would. My boyfriend got me the yellow gold 18k heart earrings and it has discoloured several times and had to be cleaned by their store to regain its colour. Real gold never discolours, i own quite a few and none has ever discoloured. Their rep said it was 75% pure gold and a mix of other metals for the 25% but discolouration should still not be happening. They also said to keep it in a dry place but how can you do that when it is being worn? This feels like such a rip off when their items are expensive but are not really of the best quality. I seriously feel like the earrings may be gold plated as having discolouration with real gold is unheard of.

Amazing craftsmanship and great pricing! Got my pendent housing redone and it looks 100x better!! More sleek, simple, and beautiful. Great people as well, they really treated me sincerely and didn't try to rip me off like most jewellery stores. Thank You Nouras!!!

Came to clean my Tiffany&co jewelry, they took the bracelet but refused to clean the colliers, that I all bought from this store. And we told them that we bought the cleaning liquid already from them but it doesn’t clean anything, make it make sense. They all inside have condescending looks, talking behind the back of customers without any discretion, acting like they own the store when they are Tiffany&co ordinary employees, not impressed. I went to différents locations around the world, this one was the worst, no professionalism whatsoever, a bad look for this brand.

Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be back to buy some more pieces.
